To Amy, home felt like both heaven and hell, where a small act of affection would turn into physical punishment as quickly as without her realization.When Amy turned seven, a man from the local orphanage came and introduced himself as her adopter. Bailey was his name; a name that would change her life forever. For once, Amy believed in the existence of kindness. Bailey took her under his wing and she spent the rest of her childhood and adolescence in the orphanage. What started as a familiar attachment to a parental figure would later bloom into a crush that remained as she grew older.Amy would then learn that kindness wasn't something anyone would spare for free. As she turned eighteen, Amy asked to be let go from the orphanage; to move out and fly on her own. It seemed logical; surely she wouldn't live her entire life in the orphanage? But Bailey reminded her that he had taken care of her free of charge for eleven years; now that she was legal, she had to pay off her debt. That was the irreversible turning point for Amy; she began doing odd jobs. As long as she got paid, she would do anything: from tutoring rich kids, dancing in parties, volunteering at dog pounds, working on a farm; to less dignified jobs, such as dancing in strip clubs, stealing from riches, nude modelling, becoming a sugar baby, even prostitution. That, too, was a lesson: there was no limit to what she was capable of, if it was for Bailey.Despite her lifestyle, Amy kept her virginity, saving it for Bailey if one day he'd ever see her as more than the neglected child he adopted years ago—even when she thought it was ironic. That very mindset piqued the interest of a goddess from the local temple by the name of Virgo.
